EN12101-2 Compliant smoke vent roof window with EN12101-10 Compliant Control System

Kit includes SVM Micro control panel with 72hr backup batteries included, 1x smoke detector, 2x VSK321B call points for top and bottom of stairwell.

Electrically operated centre pivot roof window designed for smoke and heat ventilation in case of emergency.  Combined with our control system, on the detection of smoke the control system automatically opens the window.  The window can be opened manually, or on a signal from the fire system.

Smoke vent requires a suitable flashing kit (choose from options);
